“When I looked at photographers that inspired me they always seemed to have one thing in common; they shot on film. For a long time I was convinced that if I just tried hard enough I would eventually get that film look for my photos with lightroom and other apps. But when a started adding f.e. dust on photos it all seemed fake and foolish. So I decided to make the step into shooting film and I think this has been the most fun part of all my photography experience.” tells us photographer Simon Gustavsson. One of his first film shootings was with model Elin Öyan from Slashtenmodels. Simon´s idea was to create something undefined time wise. Like you would pick up a vacation album from either 1965, 1996 or 2019.
