“I created this project called “Basic” to change the vision of my fashion portfolio.” explains Hector Ges, a fashion and life photographer based in Barcelona.
I’m usually working on campaigns and working with models with big make-ups, super incredible outfits, lightning and lots of people on the set. That sometimes makes me stressed, and so I came up with the thought: Hector, you need to find a small place to enjoy the other side of fashion, working only with models with no make-up, using their bodies to express something and enjoy 1 hour of just doing crazy stuff. This project keeps my brain oxygenated, and far away from the stress and the anxiety that can be part of my other works.” So let´s welcome one of his fabulous “Basic” sets starring gorgeous model Abril Garcia.
