Muse is Joyce
“My new series When the leaves break documents the intimacy and the artistic connection between us. I’m Beatrice and Joyce is my muse. I was born in Sicily but I spent most of my life in Milan. I traveled alone for one year around Asia and Australia and I learnt how much I love photography. I love taking photos with film because I actually feel to make them. I love the process because it’s more real and the result its textured and more tridimensional. The light draws reality and with my camera I feel lucky to capture moments of ordinary life and the wait to develop the rolls I think is magic.”
