Words that passed between us the melody of a forgotten but familiar song,
A distant tune perpetuating an impression wherever we went,
Its gravitational pull bringing our minds back to days that were true,
And living in dreams of reality,
Where desire and possibility were friends,
Where the story of life rolled out in chapters under the limitless skies of the days spent together,
Where in chance there was hope,
And in the promise of magic was a world that made forgettable anything outside of our world.
