It is the art of the sun that brings the shadows, and thus gives things new forms.
On a radiant afternoon in Saint-Tropez, France, the sun performed its artistry as it cascaded light upon the subject of this story – the stunning Pauline Chetrit. The scene was a tableau vivant, a dreamscape where the everyday was metamorphosed into the marvellous. The sun-dappled surroundings bore an otherworldly tinge, wrapping Pauline in a golden coat.
The water sparkles, and one can’t help but question the reality of the vision before their eyes. Draped in an array of colours, Pauline forms a painterly vision, her allure amplified by the skillful lens of Guillaume Gaubert.
Water beads off Pauline’s skin, each droplet catching the sun’s radiance and scattering it into a million shimmering fragments. There’s a hint of gold everywhere and the scene evokes an ethereal sense of warmth that only a summer in Saint-Tropez can provide. And while the sun continues its descent, the scene starts to lose its golden hue. But the memory of Fantasme lives on, forever captured in a moment of perfect, golden fantasy.
