When you are calm and focused, everything often feels much simpler. But staying calm and focused is not always easy. Sometimes, it helps to put aside the things that distract you—like your phone—creating space for deeper clarity and presence.
In this spirit, photographer Iris Cecilia has created a new series inspired by the stillness and simplicity found in Scandinavian life. She explains: “I want to capture the beauty of stillness and simplicity in the Scandinavian spirit. Inspired by the nostalgia of the Swedish archipelago, I want to find those moments where we can feel the passing breeze and the gentle rhythm of nature around us.”
