The new series starring Ksenia Lytvynova, captured by German photographer Maximilian Motel, is nothing short of a dream. The images are a dance of feminine forms, a celebration of beauty illuminated by golden rays of sunlight, casting their glow on everything they touch. It is a story where time slows, and beauty lingers in its purest, most unspoken form.
“Ksenia and I connected on Instagram earlier this year and as we both live in Berlin, we decided to use the last rays of summer to go out and shoot. We both feel most at home in nature, so that decision was made for us. We first wanted to explore the area around Potsdam but ended up just driving through Brandenburg until a location just clicked for us. It was important to us to showcase the imperfect perfection of nature so decided to keep post-production to an absolute minimum and avoid all skin retouching.”
