Getting lost in “The Mist”

The city looks abandoned when you walk alone through absolutely deserted streets with a visibility of only about 10-20 meters, and you shy away from the silhouettes in the distance. Unlearn what you have learned

If only we would realize how powerful we are: not from an ego centric or self-serving perspective; rather, in an understanding of all we can do & be by getting out of our own way! The art of eye contact

I think it’s time we melt that ice. Speak the words. Make the eye contact. Pop our heads out from inside our tortoise shells. Dare to dance outside of our comfort zones. Just think of how much positive energy you could accumulate! Contemplate how many people you might warm with your unabashed, human sincerity.

This is not a love story.

This is not a love story. It’s a story that takes places at three o’clock in the afternoon in the city’s imperfect silence, where cars speed by and voices call out from the street; all these disparate sounds coming through the open windows as we crash against each other like waves smacking against the shore.
