Life.” captured by Franggy Yanez with models Teuntje Bril and Delicia Jones has reached us. “We spend a day in an art atelier with these two ladies and captured all these photo’s on film. Undressing, drinking tea, taking a smoke, making photo’s and painting yourself. A free day.” And the more precise inspiration behind the photo shooting? “We were together that day and while I was moving around, just couldn’t stop she was near, fully surrounded by this strong desire for something new. Our path is a color palette ready to be painted into our lives. We together, we are here to explore, to reflect our expression and enrich with the beauty of creation. The only thing we knew is that we wanted to make our lives like a work of art. These unexpected infusions, that’s what life is, how it’s meant to be created.” Franggy shot all these photo’s on film with his Leica M7, Nikon F100 using Kodak Portra, Kodak Tmax 400 and Fuji film leading to a strong diversity and story telling in the photos.
