“A moment with ourselves”, is an incredibly inspiring short film shot in beautiful spaces and parks of the city of Santiago de Chile, which invites us to break with the routine in the context of the maelstrom of current social life, in which the human automation and anxiety sometimes become distressing. But we always have the possibility to stop and ask ourselves some questions and connect with things through small moments that we ourselves and in our solitude, we can create.
