after-meditation class words.

If only we would realize how powerful we are: not from an ego centric or self-serving perspective; rather, in an understanding of all we can do & be by getting out of our own way! There is a quote in the original Star Wars films from wise Yoda, “You must UNLEARN what you have learned…” which is the crux of this dilemma. As young, impressionable souls, we are trained – through societal programming (that aims to create robotic productivity machines, versus cultivating balanced/loving beings) – to behave in ways that serve the materially-oriented nature of consumer communities that produce and purchase. This low level orientation forgets the spirit, neglects the soul. Our energetic nature craves high order energy, which is why disease occurs as a result of being locked inside artificial spaces, sedentary & away from nature: trees, fresh air, living & breathing wild and creative creatures. Our design is to expand, not contract into a box. Our own liberty arises by innovation, not stagnation. Our truth is a loving disposition: a contrast to division, hate, and fear. Within each of us resides a limitless capacity to be, see, give, and receive love. So, may we – now – embrace & embody our will & capacity to Love.
