What a perfect summer track! We are super in love with the latest release by Reunion Island born and raised producer and multi-instrumentalist NASAYA and Portugese vocalist and instrumentalist MARO. TEMPO feels like a fresh breeze of seaside air on our skin and like dancing full of laughter with our friends.
“I’ve wanted to write a song that feels like TEMPO for a long time. Writing this was such a fun process as it’s a bit of a collage from parts of other songs we wrote and it came together super quickly.” tells NASAYA who draws influence for this music from the ethnically diverse culture of his homestead.
“TEMPO is a good first glimpse to the world NASAYA and I are starting to create. It regards time and its spiral sensation, which we then print by doing a play with words on a repetitive, nostalgic beat.” adds MARO who besides her vocal and multi-instrumentalist talent is also producing and composing songs.
