“I took these images nonchalantly, wandering around with Rachel over the last summer.” Gabriel Boutin´s latest photo series came into being around the province of Quebec and he describes it as very personal and intimate, the feeling he had during this moments while discovering their land and each other. “To me this series is all about intimacy, and making connections. Getting to know someone through the intangibles; an overwhelming afternoon sun, wind gusts telling you stories as the sun lays down, roads that seem like they could swallow you, this series is a testament to those moments and it’s gentleness.”
