Eva discovered yoga when she was 15. In the beginning, she primarily viewed it as a way to support her dance training and get stronger and more flexible, but soon it became more than just a physical practice for her. “It helped me feel more at home in my body and more calm in my mind during my time studying law in Germany, France and England. It helped me to stay sane and helped my body stay supple and healthy through the years of thick books and stressful exams.”
In the meantime, this love has also become her profession. “My goal is to help you get out of your head and into your body, to spread your awareness into every cell and to make you feel fantastic from the inside out.”
Together with the photographer Philipp Bögle she has realized a beautiful series in her spacious apartment in Berlin in which you can feel the lightness of her being and devotion.
