Embedded within our daily routine with so many duties, rules, standards, expectations, I think that most of us have this longing for freedom, that seems like an endless ocean and abducts us out of our small world for a few moments. But what kind of freedom and how much of it do most people really want? Are we happy with our yearly holidays, to be able to get away from daily routine from time to time? The big money, that allows us to buy anything we want? Or to do something completely crazy, that gives us the feeling of being on top of the world for an instant? What really makes us feel free at the end?
I think for me, being free means to get rid of things and expectations, that are being suggested to us and that you therefore constantly put onto yourself. To go your own way and be open for change. To be true to yourself and do what feels right. To be, how you really are. But also to again and again free yourself from your own world of thought, that can be just as constricting as a bondage coming from the outside. Probably the last point is the most important one. Because if you are caught up within yourself, you will never realise the freedom that you might already be surrounded with.
“I think for me, being free means to get rid of things and expectations, that are being suggested to us and that you therefore constantly put onto yourself.”
Was macht uns letztendlich wirklich frei?

To be honest with who you are and act in accordance with what seems appropriate. to exist in accordance with one’s true nature. However, it is also necessary to continually liberate oneself from the confines slope game of one’s own world of thought, which can be just as suffocating as a bondage that originates from the outside.
Being truthful about yourself and acting in line with what appears appropriately important. to live in harmony with one’s unconditional character. basketball stars
