“I met Ángela Bonilla by chance. A model based in London, she was passing through Colombia for a few days, and I was ready to leave for Mexico.
In our brief encounter, we asked ourselves if love is measured in quantity or quality. Maybe those connections that happen at the wrong time, where people cross paths but can’t stay, even if they wish they could, are a kind of missed timing.
We created this editorial in Bogotá’s historic center, a place where time feels heavy and light escapes gently through old balconies. Ángela moved with a natural ease, grounding the moment as I tried to capture the feel of each instant.
In the rush to our next destinations, there was no chance for farewells.
In the end, all we’re left with is, “I miss you,” because there was no space to say “goodbye.” Perhaps next time it won’t be a parting. Maybe fate will cross our paths again, and what started before it began can have a new beginning.” Alexander Tarazona
