Maybe you remember Kira, a model from Ukraine, whose journey into modeling began with a simple curiosity. This time, she teamed up with photographer Ilona Mikaelian for a series bathed in warm tones — a soft, intimate setting that places Kira at its center.
Shot on a sun-filled day in Batumi, the studio, filled with plants and light, created a calm atmosphere. “Initially, I reached out to a photographer I knew simply to create new content for my portfolio.” And what began as something simple gradually shifted into something more personal — connection, trust, and the shared rhythm of the shoot.
“However, from the very first moments, I completely fell in love with this shoot.” The warmth of the space, combined with the softness of natural light, creates a sense of intimacy that runs through the entire series. “The studio was filled with plants, and bright sunlight was pouring through the windows, creating a warm, soft, and intimate atmosphere. Surrounded by natural light and greenery, I felt incredibly feminine, free, and inspired. That atmosphere helped me to fully relax, open up, and express myself naturally in front of the camera. It was one of those moments where everything aligned — the light, the space, and the feeling.”
