A warm welcome to Nadja Pjanovic, who stepped in front of the camera for her first professional shoot with C-Heads in Prague. And what can we say — we are completely enchanted by the result. There is something almost fairytale-like about these images, soft and dreamlike, telling like a little story of their own.
Photographer Said Babayev recalls the spontaneous beginning of their shoot:
“I met Nadja shortly before this shoot and asked if she would like to create something together. From the beginning, I wanted everything to feel natural and unforced — to give her the space to simply be herself while I captured the moments in between.
On my way to the shoot, I spontaneously bought a few apples without really knowing why. Later, Nadja mentioned that she was hungry, so they naturally became both a small snack and part of the photographs.
What stayed with me most was Nadja’s genuine and sincere presence. The photographs became less about posing and more about capturing those small, unguarded moments — and I think that is exactly what gives the series its special feeling.”
