The young London based fashion brand Pitchouguina collections are based on everyday emotions and everday people. Wearable, somewhat melancholy and a touch of nostalgia. The photographers Simone Lezzi and Antonio Putini captured all this vibes in beautiful images. Models are Oliwia and Daria at Wondermodels, with make up by Anna Catnel Piechocka and hair by Gosia Kaa Hair. “The creative process for us always starts with the fabrication, general mood and the designs and silhouettes evolve slowly from that point onwards. We get inspired by similar awkward behaviours and dreamy attitudes each season. This time we though a bit more often about naked trees, foot steps on the snow, cold chilly weather and massive bridges late in the evening with our girl walking by, listening to Willy Mason. For AW14/15 we got obsessed with wools and heavy corduroys with cut out hoodies and decorated with heavy thread embroidery roses- what turned into coats jackets and warm, wintery dresses. We mixed it up then with super delicate french lace, tiny Delica glass beads, organza and beautiful melancholic digital print on silk georgette. Illustrations for the collection were created by Yelena Bryksenkova.”
