In celebration of the 1 year anniversary of fashion market place Wekoko photographer Frankie Mark convinced her best friend Ana Tanaka – who is one of the founders of the company – to have the party in LA. “Mainly because I didn’t want her to go back to London!” she tells. “Gratefully we got our friend Shay from MA Lounge in West Hollywood to host the event. As Ana was describing the space to me she mentioned there was a theatre room in the venue. I suggested we shoot a fashion film and have a screening during the party.” she continues. “We took our friends Jodie and Cameron to the desert. We shot for 2 days and I had only 48 hours to complete edit for the video after. With no sleep I put the last credits 2 hours before the party started! Wearing all the glitter and all the fun that Wekoko brings we screened the film successfully.
