Lir, tell us a bit about yourself and where you grew up…

Hello, my name is Lir Fiszbaum, I was born Tel Aviv and I’m the youngest in the family after my two sisters, Lidar and Noam. Growing up in the city was fun and interesting because of the large selection of high schools, girl scouts, sports and a lot of friends and places to hang out. At the age of 9 I joined the girl scouts and I loved the experience and I was even a counselor for the younger scouts. After finishing high school I have started my military service in the human resources department.

What inspired you to be in front of a camera?

Just like all other little girls my dream has always been to be a world renowned model. (laughs) People have always asked me why I don’t model but I never really believed that this dream could ever come true. It’s only been a year since I started to model and it has really taken off! I finally model at a more serious level and I’m so excited that this huge dream is coming true.

Do you consider yourself an introvert or an extrovert?

Well, I would consider myself an introvert. Since middle school I have not been the most confident person and even as I continued to succeed in school and have made many new amazing friends, for some reason I always stayed an introvert.

What’s hard about life?

When I was in elementary school I experienced many social difficulties and didn’t get along well with the other girls. I was often even ostracized. However, when I finally arrived to high school I finally met new girls and was blessed with true, loyal friends

A book to read before bed?

My favorite book would have to be, “A brief history of mankind,” which I just recently started reading.

What do you love most about yourself?

My sense of humor

Where do you see yourself in the future?

I hope to finish my military service as an officer, continue working there then as well as combining it with my work as a model. Both things are important to me. I also want to continue one other thing I love – traveling the world.
