Wild nature and wild hearts always wins our hearts.

Photographer and director Ales Bravnicar and multimeda interdisciplinary artist, poet and painter Hannah Koselj Marušič got together at the mysterious lake Cerknica, one of the largest intermittent lakes in Europe. “It is where witches are known to congregate and elves elves live in the carst canals and syphons of the lake. Plus the odd bear.” discloses Ales to us while also praising Hannah to be a good listener and a powerful poet.

Berry of the water lily
floating
quietly growing
with your waxy-coated leaves
you touched me
in the gentlest possible way
some fruits
ripen underwater
until they
rupture or decay
