“The light on the afternoon we shot was pretty amazing,” remembers photographer Ben Everden of the day he spent shooting with model Ashley Thompson, who was born and raised in Miami and has an identical twin. Ben adds the amusing detail that Ashley was even early to their shoot, which never happens in Miami. And so, the two take us on a beautiful Miami afternoon at the beach, amidst white sands, almost deserted, turquoise seawater, and good vibes. The alternation between vibrant colors and timeless black and white lends a special touch to the series, creating expressive portrait shoots and full-body shots.
